Return & Refund Policy
đĻ 1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Unused & unworn â The product must be in its original, untouched condition.
- Original packaging â The item must be returned in its original box and wrapping.
- Tags & accessories â All tags, certificates, invoices, and accompanying accessories must be included.
- No misuse â Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized handling are not eligible.
đ 2. Defective or Damaged Products
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we are here to help immediately.
âŗ Report within 48 hours of delivery
To initiate a claim, please email us at officegdjewelryco@gmail.com with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos or videos of the damage
- A brief description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
đ 3. Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)
We understand that preferences can change. If you wish to return a product for any reason other than a defect, you may do so within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
đ° 4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.
- Processing time: Refunds are initiated within 7â10 business days of receiving the return.
- Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
*Please note that your bank may take an additional 2â3 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
đ 5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or design, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the desired item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
- Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
đĢ 6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- â Used or worn jewelry
- â Customized or personalized pieces
- â Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- â Gift cards (if applicable)

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so without any penalty, provided the order has not yet been dispatched from our facility.
- To cancel, please contact us immediately via email or phone.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our standard return policy.
