We value your time. All orders are carefully packed and processed within:

- Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is processed and ready for dispatch.

*All charges are inclusive of GST. No cash-on-delivery (COD) charges are applied beyond the mentioned shipping fees.

๐ Incorrect Shipping Address
To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- The customer is solely responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
- G&D Jewelry holds no liability for failed deliveries, returns, or re-shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us due to a wrong address, the customer will bear the re-shipping charges.
๐ก๏ธ Damaged or Lost Shipments
We package every item with premium cushioning and tamper-proof seals to ensure it reaches you safely.
- If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please report it within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
- Required details: Order Number + Photos/Videos of the outer box and the damaged product.
- After verification with our logistics partner, we will initiate a replacement or a full refund.
๐ Lost shipments โ If your tracking shows โDeliveredโ but you havenโt received it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can lodge a formal investigation with the courier partner.
